This review is about the restaurant. We didn't stay at the hotel. The food was great, very fast service and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We only had to wait approx. 10 min for our food to arrive after ordering. The waiter that serviced our table was very easy going and tried his best to make us feel welcome.
We stayed in the hotel and found the room very clean, spacious and well equipped. We couldn't find fault anywhere with the room or service. Breakfast was superb and great choice for all appetites. Didn't try the restaurant on this occasion. Liked the Hansa theme - God's first attempt at the EU! We will stay here again.
Food was delicious, also ate pork chop, so it a bit rubber like.
Absolutely loved our stay at Senoji Hansa . The reception staff is friendly , helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is so fresh and healthy , premium location. The rooms are stylish with comfy beds . Would definitely stay there again . Highly recommended . :-)
And this is a real pain in.... everywhere. Love this place . Perfect location, the best stuff ever. The breakfast that all European capitals could be jealous. Fantastic entertainment! Perfect chefs! Even snails in the menu! But unfortunately can't give 5 stars! The so named premium room or in our language junior suite is out of comments. The beds are too low and not even the queen size.Feel like sleeping on the floor. And for this reason the additional sofa bed doesn't make any sense! It's a place that I would like to be back, so sorry guys. It took me a week to write the review
Breakfast was good, many variations of food. Rooms were nice. Location very nice. Administration personal was good but restaurant personal wasn't. In some hotels in other countrys you can do waffles yourself. In this hotel the waffle machine is in the dining hall, but you are not allowed to do them. I think it's okey that the machine is not in the hall then. I started to do waffles myself and then waitress came running at me saying that I cannot make them and I need to take them from away table. Other thing is that we bought a little piece of cake from one nice place and we wanted to eat the cake in our hotel restaurant and of course I wanted to buy a coffee from them, but the restaurant personal didn't allow to eat the other restaurant's cake with their coffee. We spent there 3 nights and not to allow this little thing before leaving, it's weird for their customer. Before that I was thinking of coming back next time with my family, but after that I'm not coming.
Unexpectedly very good food for a central resort location. Both fish and red rice and vegetables were cooked just right and very tasty with a good sauce. Service was very fast and polite. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Good selection of dishes and drinks. PS: one complaint - please turn down music volume, because it is inconvenient to talk like this.
I was only dinning at the restaurant. Though, the pumpkin soup was only okay and nothing special, second dishes were all great and delicious. Service was nice, but the environment could do some work. It was typical pub-like restaurant, but not cozy at all and with a rather sloppy interior.
